This colorful seaside apartment is located in the heart of the small and idyllic town Ekenäs just an hour away from Helsinki. The sea, restaurants and beach are just seconds away. The apartment is divided into three floors, with a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and three balconies. Staircase and elevator exist. The famous harbor and Hanko's many fine restaurants as well as the town market are only a 15 minute walk away. P.S. The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator.

The over hundred-year-old wooden house is part of a historically significant industrial milieu. The former workers' house is located on the shore of the lake. The distance to Turku is 8 km. I live downstairs and the two rooms for rent are upstairs. The room/rooms are only rented to one group at a time. Between them is a space with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, as well as a bathroom. Pier, boat, sauna and a summer canopy near the shore. Children have their own play area.
