The property has a good and gentle sandy rock beach for swimming from the sauna, also for children. The beach is in the south-west direction. You can access from the same direction with your own sailboat. If you have your own motorboat, please let us know in advance (north side pier). Otherwise, there is a boat transfer to the island. 1.5 h by car from Helsinki-Vantaa airport, close to the Hanko border, idyllic scenery. Own shoreline 500m. The place is suitable for fishing in own waters 5.2 ha. The island has a reverse osmosis device that makes seawater drinkable.

Bright holiday home in historic Mathildedal

Anttipoffi was completed in 1852 as a residential house for staff. Its location in the middle of a ironworks village, close to the guest marina, beach, village boutiques and restaurants, and Matilda Lake and Teijo nature trails are the best for a relaxed vacation or active sports vacation. Mathildedal is a year-round destination, thanks to the entrepreneurs who live here. The busiest village is in the summer and many find it most authentically outside. It's always unique, that's why here I get my vacation home.

The apartment is located in a quiet place in the middle of nature, right by the sea. The spacious apartment has just been renovated and is well equipped. The large terrace offers opportunities for dining, lounging and relaxing. The terrace area features a barbecue, sun loungers, a sauna and a hot tub. The long planks from the terrace run through the forest to a rocky beach with a campfire, lean-tos, a jetty and a rowing boat. In the yard, we have chickens and dogs, as well as a trampoline and yard games.

This seaside apartment is located in the heart of the small and idyllic town Ekenäs just an hour away from Helsinki. The sea, restaurants and bars and of course the beach is really just seconds away. The apartment is about 180m2 and divided into three floors, with four bedrooms. We do have a handicap-friendly elevator you can use if needed. Come and enjoy the stunning Villa Jade, located in Karjalohja on the shores of Lake Enäjärvi, only about an hour's drive from Helsinki. So it's easy to come here to relax even for a shorter stay. Villa Jade, completed in February 2025, has three bedrooms, a spacious living room, well equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom with sauna. The living room and kitchen open onto a 70 m2 terrace. The property also has a small cabin and a renovated lakeside sauna.
