Sitting at the end of a ringing dirt road lies this home. It is a farm with a dwelling house. Nature is just around the corner and there are many lovely walks nearby. The property has a kitchenette two hot plates and a fridge with small freezer compartment. There is also a microwave, electric kettle and coffee making facilities. Travel cot for baby is available and also bikes to borrow. The apartment is on the second floor of a dwelling house and the stairs up are narrow and a bit steep. Our house is in the countryside by lake Ringsjön in south Sweden. The place is ideal for couples or young families who enjoy the outdoors. You will instantly enjoy the comfortable living overlooking the beautiful lake Ringsjön. Our guesthouse is perfect as a holiday basecamp or perhaps as an overnight stay on your travels. We speak Swedish, English, Dutch as well as German fluently and are experienced travellers ourselves. Please beware that the house is a 1-room studio apartment. Welcome!

Röstånga vång - simple accommodation for 2-3 people

Beautiful rural location just outside Röstånga. Functional and fresh. You have two floors of about 25 sqm built in the gable of a barn all to yourself. The bedroom is upstairs, but the stairs have no handrail. The kitchen has two hotplates, kitchen fan, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge with freezer. No oven. Fully equipped with kitchen utensils. The sofa bed is on the ground floor and unfortunately is not so comfortable for sleeping. NOTE: towels, sheets and cleaning are included!

Huset är omgiven av en härlig gammaldags trädgårdstomt med vacker björkallé, syren- och hortensiabuskar samt äppelträd och mycket annat smått och gott. Invid byggnaderna finns ängsmark och österut finner ni en mindre egen damm med varierande vattenmängd beroende av årstiderna.

Live in a selfhouseholdning farm with animals near by you. The bedroom has 2 beds, one bed chair and wardrobe. Here are lots of animals - cows, pigs, goats (on pasture a bit away right now), chicken, dog and cats. Nice sorroundings with walking trails like Skåneleden and lakes near by (the nearest lake is 5 km away). Lots of parkingspace on the ground. Its 2 km to the village with convenience store and gas station and train.

Beautiful stuga with welcome breakfast!

Our stuga is in the heart of Skåne County, South Sweden. Cities such as Lund, Malmö, Helsingborg and Kristianstad can be reached within one hour. The stuga stands in a hilly and wooded environment where many beautiful walks can be made. There are trips to Skånes Djurpark ( 5km. from the stuga), the beach, swimming/fishing in a lake, golf, canoeing etc. The stuga is fully furnished and is cozy both in summer and winter months.

Den lilla stugan i min trädgård är enbart tillgänglig för korttidsuthyrning, max 45 dagar. Den rymmer på 23m2: sovrum, vardagsrum med pentrykök och wc+dusch. Stugan är inte stor men ren och trivsam. I sovrummet finns säng 120 cm och i vardagsrummet en 90 cm-soffa/ säng. Stugan lämpar sig bäst för en person men det går även att bo två gäster i den.
