The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

It is an 80m2 attic apartment on 2 levels (1st floor: hallway, wardrobe, built-in wardrobe, shower room/WC, 2nd floor: loft with complete kitchen, bar, dining table, couch (or sofa bed), desk, fireplace, double bed, bathroom (WC/bathtub/washing machine) and folding bed if required. Monoblock Klimabox. Neighbourhood quiet residential estate directly on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy anywhere. S-Bahn 7 min walk or 1 min bus. 15 min drive to Marienplatz.

The apartment (45 m^2) is located in a separate, ground floor annex in the garden of the main house and has its own access. It is located in the quiet district of Buchenhain in the municipality of Baierbrunn. From here, you can quickly get to Munich City or the Alps. The self-contained appartement is located in the calm district Buchenhain of the community of Baierbrunn some kilometers south of Munich.
