NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Maja's hut – a fairytale break in the forest

Majas Hütte is a former hunting lodge in the middle of the forest, which has been transformed into a cozy nest. The small wood-burning stove in the rustic room with kitchenette generates cozy warmth, while a second stove in the bedroom ensures a feel-good atmosphere. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!

🌿Baumhaus mit Whirlpool/Sauna – Ruhe & Natur🌿 Erlebt eine besondere Auszeit in unserem liebevoll gestalteten Baumhaus in Garneck. Ruhig gelegen, mitten im Grünen, erwartet euch ein Rückzugsort fernab von Lärm und Hektik – mit weitem Blick in die Natur und bei klarer Sicht bis in die Chiemgauer Alpen. Hier hört ihr nichts außer Vogelgezwitscher und das sanfte Muhen unserer Galloway-Rinder. Perfekt, um abzuschalten, durchzuatmen und den Alltag hinter euch zu lassen.

S'kloane Wellnesshäusl

S´kloane Wellnesshäusl is a place to unwind in this spacious and serene space with a summer pool, wooden bathtub and garden sauna to relax. The private vacation home was renovated with a lot of love in 2023. The Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and several swimming lakes and bike tours on the Inn offer great excursion and recreational opportunities. No pets allowed. Additional costs to be paid on site: - Firewood per bag €15 - Final cleaning one-time €98

El Bohio - View, garden, stories, excursions

El Bohio is an apartment on two floors in our BogenVilla, a farm first mentioned in 1260, which we have lovingly renovated since 2019. The balcony overlooking our gardens and meadows allows you to relax. Located between Haag in Upper Bavaria (6 km) and Wasserburg am Inn (11 km), Munich (45 km) and Lake Chiemsee (38 km) are also nearby. Your hosts Kirsten (from Puerto Rico) and Marc (from Berlin) live in the BogenVilla and are always there for you.

The Blue Inn

The Blue Inn ist ein absolutes Schmuckstück gelegen in der Umfriedung vom Stadtzentrum von Wasserburg am Inn. Eigner Stellplatz nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

Atteltal vacation home

The apartment offers space for up to 4 people with a size of about 60 sqm. The cozy furnished apartment is on the 2nd floor and is accessible via the outside staircase. The west-facing living room leads directly to your own, protected patio overlooking nature. The kitchen as well as the rest of the furnishings were made by a local carpenter with regional wood. Details, fabrics and colors were lovingly selected to feel good
