You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! In the beautiful Voreifel lies the small village of Sief, it belongs to the urban area of Aachen and borders Belgium. There are some farms here and it is green and quiet. Our brick cottage is quietly located in our garden, which borders a forest and a pasture. The forest, with many beautiful hiking trails, can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The apartment is about 7 kilometers from Aachen city center, about 7 kilometers from Raeren and about 15 kilometers from Eupen. Some of the junction hikes in East Belgium lead directly past us. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house is part of a listed farm complex and is located on the edge of the historic center of Aachen-Kornelimünster. This former farmyard is surrounded by meadows and despite its quiet location you can reach the Aachen city center by bus in 20 minutes. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. The entrance to the first stage of the Eifelsteig hiking trail is also in Kornelimünster.

Cosy holiday cottage near the German border Charming 45 m² apartment in a quiet location, ideal for nature lovers, couples and small families. With a large terrace, direct proximity to the Ravel trail and Eifel-Steig and the possibility for children to stay in their own tent on the meadow (in the fenced property) in front of the terrace. In front of the house, there is a large car park just for holiday guests.
