Apartments Villa Verde are an adult-only type of accommodation located in Musalež, 5,5 km away from Poreč city center and Old Town. Villa Verde is situated in a family house and consists of 4 apartments on the ground and the 2nd floor. The apartments also have a swimming pool in the garden at their disposal, as well as an outdoor roofed terrace with dining area and barbecue/grill facilities.The pool is filled with saltwater, without the addition of chlorine. The owners also live in the property.

The house was built in 2014 with modern materials and with superior thermal and acoustic isolation (low energy house). Marked bike routes are just at your doorstep. The floor heating and radiators have just been installed so it is very warm in the winter.
