The house is 2 km away from all amenities. It is located in central Istria, which makes it an great starting point for exploring the entire area. Covered parking for 2 cars.

It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
