Apartment Michl – three times good... Our three apartments are about 40 sqm in size. Two of them are double rooms with balcony. The single room is equipped with a 1.40 m wide bed. Furthermore, all our apartments offer a 32 inch TV and oak parquet floor. In the double rooms, the beds can be separated from each other. My apartment is located in the upper old town of the Renaissance city of Neuburg on the Danube and thus in the best residential area of the city. The Upper Old Town is like a beautiful Renaissance village on a hill above the Lower Old Town. The apartment is located in the completely renovated Bortenmacherhaus (17th century) with original beams, wooden floor with underfloor heating, a great bathroom with shower, tub and glass ceiling, a gallery, a small balcony and historic vending machines.

Small but nice apartment on the edge of the Altmühltal nature park. Separate entrance and parking space right in front of the house, the apartment is located in the basement. The apartment has natural light and you feel like you are on the ground floor. The village has 300 inhabitants and is very quiet. Shopping within 10 km. Train stop is about 7 km away. However, public transport is virtually non-existent. Check flexible. Washing is possible on request in the neighboring apartment

A small cottage in the countryside Quiet walking paths invite you to wander through nature. The proximity to Augsburg, but also Munich (about 60 min) invite you to visit the city. The Sissischloß in Unterwittelsbach, Aichach, an old ducal town, is just around the corner. A swimming lake, climbing garden in Schernek, excursions to Legoland are just a few possibilities. The house itself has a spacious garden with a pool and barbecue facilities.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Small apartment to feel good

Feel comfortable in our lovingly renovated apartment. We have put a lot of emphasis on ecological construction and you can feel that too. There is a private access and ample parking. Apart from our three children, it is very quiet. Our former courtyard is located outside the village of Sandizell at the edge of the Donaumooses. The adjacent extensive Auerochsen pasture, our bees, goats and chickens provide a farmer's feeling.

Quiet and cozy apartment in Augsburg

My place is in a quiet residential area in the Hammerschmiede. The Augsburg city centre (Rathausplatz) is 4.5 km away and can be reached in 15 minutes by car. A public bus service is nearby. The A8 motorway connection (München-Stuttgart) is only 2.6 km away. Many family-friendly activities are offered (zoo, Augsburg doll box, etc.). My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

Cozy "suite" under the roof

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
