The apartment is sanized after each guest change using steam disinfectant (on surfaces, bathroom fixtures, mattress and kitchenette) to ensure a safety stay for our guests. Guests are informed that, from 01/06/25, a toutist tax introduced by the Municipality will be required.

It is located on the sixth and top floor of a condominium in the Pitz'e Serra neighborhood. There is an elevator and the apartment is air-conditioned. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom, double bedroom and a balcony with a beautiful view of the city and sea.
