Cozy apartment with a view of the sun

The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

Living in a modern natural idyll

Enjoy our spacious, new building comfort under thatch in a unique large garden near the rose city of Putbus. The natural lake by the house, the natural beach in Lauterbach, the gastronomy of the hotel next door, and also the proximity to Stralsund. Stay with us temporarily, or spend wonderful holidays in the untouched nature and enjoy the beaches, even in winter. By the way, our apartment is barrier-free and there is a comfortable elevator in the house. We look forward to seeing our guests.

Our Scandinavian house is right on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this cottage is an ideal place to relax. There is a flat screen, Wi-Fi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.
