There are three levels which can sleep 8 people. There are two dining spaces, indoor and outdoor with an iconic stone table outdoors under a jasmine flower lined archway. With all the modern amenities combined with a rustic Italian villa makes Casa Cima a wonderful holiday home.

Rustic Private Cottage front Lake w/ BOAT

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. A full briefing on arrival, and we're a message away for anything. This isn't a resort. It's the lake, your own boat, and your own pace.

When the weather is nice, our guests linger on the terrace to the lake or enjoy the shade in the courtyard. All bedrooms overlook the lake. Cafes and restaurants are next door.

The villa is located halfway up the mountain in the Valsolda Valley and is only a 10-minute walk from San Mamete. You will be rewarded with the lake view and absolute privacy. In San Mamete there is a lido, lake access, playground with children's pool, bars, restaurant and 2 small shops.
