Rustic Private Cottage front Lake w/ BOAT

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. A full briefing on arrival, and we're a message away for anything. This isn't a resort. It's the lake, your own boat, and your own pace.

The duplex apartment with large terrace is located in Gandria directly on the shores of Lake Lugano. The view and direct access to the lake enchants in all seasons. The apartment has its own entrance with direct access to the open kitchen and living room with fireplace and lake view. When the weather is nice, our guests linger on the terrace to the lake or enjoy the shade in the courtyard. All bedrooms overlook the lake. Cafes and restaurants are next door.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation and enjoy the unique lake view in complete peace and privacy. From 30 May to 30 September 2026 with pool !!! The villa is located halfway up the mountain in the Valsolda Valley and is only a 10-minute walk from San Mamete. You will be rewarded with the lake view and absolute privacy. In San Mamete there is a lido, lake access, playground with children's pool, bars, restaurant and 2 small shops.
