The apartment is located in front of the lake and enjoys a wide, breathtaking 180° view that can be appreciated from the large, bright and welcoming terrace while enjoying a good dinner with friends.

Spacious and stylishly furnished vacation home for up to 4 people on two floors with approx. 100 square meters of living space. 2 balconies + terrace with an additional 30 square meters invite you to sunbathe, chill & enjoy. All rooms are individually designed and have a breathtaking view of Lake Lugano and the mountains. Privacy is very important here, because as the last house on the street and right next to the forest, you are undisturbed - and yet only 10 minutes by car from the center of Lugano.

Casa De Maria

Relax with the whole family in this quiet 179M2 accommodation, in front of a beautiful view. The apartment is 15 minutes from the center of Lugano, 30 minutes from Como, and 89 km from Milan. It is located at the entrance to the medieval village of Castello Valsolda, where the church of San Martino is located, painted by Paolo Pagani and defined as the small Sistine Chapel of Lombardy (50 meters from the house). Possible walks, boat trips, visits to churches typical of the region and its era.

Grume Cabin *reachable by trail*

Chalet with two bedrooms, large living room and garden surrounded by nature. Reachable in about 20 minutes on foot from Albogasio Superiore (650 meters on foot, elevation gain (from the parking lot) about 200 meters). Free parking at the foot of the slope. The house is located near Switzerland and Porlezza and is not far from the lake and some refreshing rivers (you have to go down the slope to reach them). Some interesting excursions start from the cabin. SPA availability (May-September).

There are three levels which can sleep 8 people. There are two dining spaces, indoor and outdoor with an iconic stone table outdoors under a jasmine flower lined archway. With all the modern amenities combined with a rustic Italian villa makes Casa Cima a wonderful holiday home.

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. A full briefing on arrival, and we're a message away for anything. This isn't a resort. It's the lake, your own boat, and your own pace.

The apartment has its own entrance with direct access to the open kitchen and living room with fireplace and lake view. When the weather is nice, our guests linger on the terrace to the lake or enjoy the shade in the courtyard. All bedrooms overlook the lake. Cafes and restaurants are next door.
