The cobbled and uphill street is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking or who want the convenience of parking under the house. You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. The villa is located halfway up the mountain in the Valsolda Valley and is only a 10-minute walk from San Mamete. You will be rewarded with the lake view and absolute privacy. In San Mamete there is a lido, lake access, playground with children's pool, bars, restaurant and 2 small shops.

We offer you a wonderful wooden and stone cabin of 70 sqm arranged on two levels with a warm and comfortable atmosphere and at the same time modern and technological, reachable by a steep road of 50 metres downhill and only accessible on foot. The Baita Le Tre Perle is located in Schignano, in the Santa Maria area, surrounded by chestnut woods and enjoys an amazing view of Lake Como, which is 15 minutes away by car.
