A 150-square-meter villa on the Tuscan sea of Prato Ranieri, surrounded by a wonderful and well-kept garden, located in a quiet pedestrian area, with a sandy beach right in front of the gate. Equipped with two parking spaces, it is perfect for families and groups of friends, with a private solarium, a relaxation area and a dining area under a cozy patio. The property is enhanced by a panoramic terrace overlooking the sunset. Within walking distance are beach resorts, ice cream parlors, bars and restaurants.

The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. Country stone cottage, independent in the Tuscan countryside in the province of Siena, with large garden, porch and gazebo. Our house is located in the countryside of the municipality of Chiusdino, just 5 minutes from the two main towns of Monticiano and Chiusdino and 10 minutes from the beautiful Abbey of Galgano. 30 minutes from Siena, from Monteriggioni, an hour from Florence and 30/40 minutes from the sea. Just 20 minutes from the beautiful Terme del Petriolo.

Casa Sabina

The apartment, which provides your own private entrance, has been recently renovated and furnished with care. It is located at the foot of the ancient Castle of Montemassi in a historic square in the characteristic medieval village. With only pedestrian access allowed in this square, you can be assured to have a tranquil and peaceful stay. A 5 minute walk from the apartment, the Castle of Montemass provides visitors with a cultural activity during their stay.

Pierfantini is a rustic farmhouse. It is located on a hill in the middle of a natural park. Isolated from the vitta, the nearest town is the medieval village of San Gusmè. The house is renovated and the ground floor adapted for disabled people or wheelchair users There are three apartments but I never rent them separately. The house rent is for all the property

La Pieve - the house next to the church

To the right of the Argenina church, after which it is named, it has the persuasive look of its 2 small arches facing west. Perhaps it was once the parish priest's house, or the one where cooking was done in the large wood-burning oven, who knows?
