A 150-square-meter villa on the Tuscan sea of Prato Ranieri, surrounded by a wonderful and well-kept garden, located in a quiet pedestrian area, with a sandy beach right in front of the gate. Equipped with two parking spaces, it is perfect for families and groups of friends, with a private solarium, a relaxation area and a dining area under a cozy patio. The property is enhanced by a panoramic terrace overlooking the sunset. Within walking distance are beach resorts, ice cream parlors, bars and restaurants.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, consisting of 2 bedrooms (possibility of making double or single beds depending on the needs of the customer), a bathroom, large living room and kitchen equipped for cooking. TV, (for those who request it, a washing machine is available from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. in our laundry room). To come to us, a car is recommended, to be independent, and to visit the Tuscan countryside. The farmhouse from the 10th century was restored recently lavish in typical medieval natural stone design. The location gives our guests peace and natural experiences in its purity with grandiose panoramic view.

Agriturismo San Rocco is immersed in the Tuscan countryside of Suvereto, a characteristic medieval village just minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Etruscan Coast (Baratti, Mortelliccio, Carbonifera, Torremozza etc.). Half an hour from Suvereto you can take the ferry to Elba Island. Adjacent to our property is the beautiful Tenuta Casadei winery where, by reservation, you can have tastings and a guided tour of the company itself.
