You will find 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen equipped with all comforts and a parking space in a private garage 200 mt away. In the immediate vicinity, you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, shops for shopping, everything that makes your stay in the center of Udine simple and hassle-free.

Mini house surrounded by greenery at the Valbruna mini golf. The cottage is the second on a small hill. Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, and jams. In the bathroom, shower, sink, and toilet with built-in bidet. To reach the mini-golf, cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left is the mini-golf signpost.

The historic center is also easily reached on foot in 15 minutes.

You can park temporary to load/unload but we suggest to park the car in Via Mentana close to Moretti Park (free) or Magrini Parking (public toll parking) to avoid tickets and fines-

We are 34 km from Trieste airport and a 10-minute drive from the highway entrance. If you are traveling by bike, you will find us 100 meters from the Alpe Adria Cycle Route with the possibility of an internal garage for bikes.

Bright Loft in Udine

Very bright loft, with a beautiful terrace. Not recommended for those who want a hotel-like experience. This is a real home, with my books, my things, that I rent when I'm away. It doesn't have a TV, it's very welcoming, authentic, bohemian. The price includes the tourist tax, 1.60 euros per person per day. If you read below and understand that you are exempt, write to me, you must fill in a document that I will send you and you will be exempt from the tax.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people and is served by all the city's urban lines. *** The city of Udine has introduced a tourist tax for those staying in the city as of 02/01/25. The amount is €1.50 per night per person up to a maximum of five nights. It will be collected upon arrival directly from the Host.
