CASA IRMA Prato city center convenient for Florence

Welcome!!! Entering Irma's house, there is a closet and coat rack. The bathroom is a little dated. There is a laundry room (shared) €5 per wash including: products, washing machine, drying rack and dryer (in winter). The main room has a loft with a French bed. Steep stairs! You can't stand up on the top. Below is a sofa/bed and TV cabinet. You go into the kitchen, with the gas stove. On the terrace (shared) you can stay on a sofa table, armchairs and hammock (not in winter). Thank you!

Tiny house 20 minutes from Florence

Cute tiny house with 28 square meter air conditioning with 190 cm high mezzanine (not suitable for small children), 100 meters from the station for Florence. At check-in, you will pay the final cleaning fee (€30) and will be asked for documents for registration with the public security. IT IS MANDATORY TO TURN OFF the air conditioner when leaving the house. Note: A cash deposit of €200 will be requested during the end of the year, which will be returned upon check-out.

Apartment with two wide and bright bedrooms: a twin/double, and a living room with sofa bed (it's a 200 x 140 cm bed, not a double bed). Super fast Wi-Fi, free and unlimited; smoking balcony. Very close to airport and motorway; 25" by bus/tramway from the main station and the heart of Florence. The apartment is in Florence’s environmental ZTL, closed to the most polluting vehicles (Euro 0–1 petrol and diesel, older motorcycles/mopeds). The gate is about 200 m away.
