It is also ideal as a base for those wishing to visit the many tourist resorts in the area: Orta San Giulio, Lake Maggiore with Stresa and the Borromean Islands, Lake Mergozzo, the Ossola Valley, the Strona Valley, Valsesia and many others. Orta San Giulio is located on the eastern shore of Lake Orta (Lake Orta) on a promontory protruding into the lake and is an important tourist resort with a picturesque old town. The main square of the place is Piazza Motta, where also the ships to the Isola San Giulio dock. Since 1228, the weekly market has been held here every Wednesday. Renovated house immersed in a park of pines, camellias, azaleas and overlooking the lake. Between Belgirate (1,8 km also accessible on foot part on a private path) and Stresa (4 km), it's perfect for holidays and relaxation in every season. Villa Monziani, an exclusive 17thC lakefront house, one of the oldest on the island in the middle of Lake Orta, recently completely modernised, offers a peaceful and romantic stay in beautiful and historic surroundings, with private boat (10HP - no license required) guarantees full flexibility & our mainland locked garage included. Dolce Vita House

The apartment is located in a dominant position on Lake Maggiore and the ancient village of Belgirate, located within a residence of only eight units, one of the few solutions with a swimming pool in the area (shared with a few and open from mid-June until the end of September). A few minutes' walk away, you can reach the lake and the village centre, where you will find all the main services: mini market, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy, and tobacconist. Car parking inside the residence.

"Blue Dream" - Wonderful lake view

An elegant, spacious and bright flat with fantastic views on the Lake Maggiore, the mountains and part of the old town. On the second floor of a quiet three-storey residence, the flat is ideally located, only 240 metres from the main beach, the promenade and the old port as well as 240 metres from the town centre. The flat has a very large living room, a kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms.

Chocolat L'Escale is an apartment located in the historic center of Omegna, in the Vatican district. The building dates back to around 1000 and directly overlooks the lake.
