When not using it (we travel often), we want others to enjoy this authentic and beautiful corner of Italy. It is a 45-minute drive from the airport and the centre of Naples and a 1.5-hour from Amalfi.

Silent, Panoramic, Comfortable Hideout

Located about 35 km east of Naples, on a tufaceous promontory, Sant'Agata is a quiet, romantic town famous as "the pearl of Sannio." The spacious apartment is in the most scenic corner of the historic city centre, above a public park, a restaurant and a bar overlooking the lush green valley. Car parking is right putside the old town a 10min walk away, but there are some bus options as well. It is a 45-minute drive from the airport and the centre of Naples and a 1.5-hour drive from Amalfi.

The property offers a quiet and relaxing stay, not being in the immediate vicinity of nightclubs. The main points of interest are within walking distance: the main course (Corso Garibaldi) is 200mt, the Church of Santa Sofia 300mt, the Arco Traiano 450 mt. Strategic position also to reach the faculties of engineering and economics, and the Conservatory of Music.

Equipped with two independent entrances, the house has large and sunny rooms, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook and a fully functioning fireplace, a large living room where you can watch TV and relax on a comfortable sofa, a bathroom with shower, bidet, washing machine, hairdryer and courtesy set.
