We would like to welcome you to the historic seat in the village of Smědeč, whose oldest preserved written mention dates back to 1445 and which stands just a few meters from the medieval Linecka trail. Today, we are grateful for the many beautiful monuments in this region of the Bohemian Mountains. The village of Smodeč was founded in 1310 and today only a few historical houses have been preserved, including a place to stay and enjoy the feeling of ancient times, memories and stories that have long passed.

Beautiful south Bohemian cottage

Unique cottage, newly reconstructed but with respect to the past, to rural south bohemian architecture. The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Our lodge

Our cottage is located in a semi-attached area in the woods by the river Ceilings. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Soak up the seating area by the fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There's no wifi in the cabin, so you can really enjoy your time together.
