Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju, koji se nalazi na samom moru. Prvi red do mora pruža jedinstven osjećaj odmora i dodira s prirodom. Raskoš mirisa , zvukova i boja kakav samo jedan otok može imati . Kuća je nova , izgradnja 2024.g. Uređena u ugodnom stilu mediterana i bogato opremljena . Pogled na more pruža se iz svake spavaće sobe . Udaljenost do trgovine i restorana je 300 m . Otok je dobro povezan trajektnim linijama iz Zadra i Biograda na moru, svakih sat vremena.

Novo je izgrađena te dizajnerski uređena, pazeći se na svaki detalj. Od centra mjesta je udaljena oko 1 km gdje se nalaze popularne plaže, restorani, barovi i razni drugi sadržaji. U sklopu objekta nalazi se prostrani parking s 4 parkirna mjesta. Odmah pokraj smještaja nalazi se i park za djecu.

Idealna za obitelji s djecom i sve željne odmora u blizini svih sadržaja, a dovoljno udaljeno od buke i gužve. Kuća ima 6 TV prijamnika i svi imaju mogućnost gledanja Netflix, brzi Starlink internet u svim prostorijama. Idealno za odmor, a zadovoljava potrebe suvremenog čovjeka za brzom komunikacijom. U krugu 2 km nalazi se više vrhunskih restorana, dućana, caffe barova.

this brand new villa is located in a unique location next to the beach. The villa has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset will leave you breathless. The house consists of four bedrooms , living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms two guest toilets a roof terrace and a yard. two bedrooms have their own bathroom. all bedrooms have air conditioning and TV. The pool is heated and has a shallow part for children. There is a Jacuzzi on the terrace.
