Come and make some memories at our unique, spacious and family-friendly home. Located 8 mins above Montreux, we are peacefully nestled between a large green field and a small vineyard. Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Bienvenue dans ce cosy 2 pièces au cœur du centre-ville. Minimaliste et parfaitement équipé, il offre un espace chaleureux et fonctionnel. Le salon baigné de lumière naturelle et la cuisine moderne se marient harmonieusement. Un bureau de travail isolé du bruit permet de travailler en toute tranquillité. Ce studio neuf est petit (30 m2) mais au calme. Il peut accueillir entre 1 et 5 personnes. Proche du lac, du centre ville de Lausanne, et aux portes du campus. Idéal pour visiteur EPFL ou Unil, cuisine à disposition (plaque induction, four, refrigérateur). Table 2 places extensibles 5 places. Balcon. 3 min à pied de l'Unil, 10 min de l'EPFL 5 min en tram du centre ville. 5 min à pied du bord du lac Literie et linge de bain fournis. Machine à Café et Bouilloire. Salle-de-bain avec douche.

Relájate y desconecta en este alojamiento tranquilo y acogedor. Céntrico con todas las comodidades que necesitas para pasar unos días agradable. Transporte público a 3 minutos, supermercado a 2 minutos Disponen de lavadora y secadora dentro del apartamento es una zona fácil para aparcar dispone de zona para niños. En trasporte público tardas 15 minutos en llegar al centro de la ciudad y si prefieres uber es bastante económico gracias a la ubicación del apartamento Saludos!

Jacuzzi (accesss to be defined with the host). Smoke less property.

Spacious apt with exceptional view

Beautiful flat of 110m2 with two bedrooms, a private garden, terrace and spacious veranda. It also has a large living room and a beautiful dining room/kitchen. The place is tastefully decorated. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Nous vous proposons notre appartement idéalement situé au coeur du village touristique d'Evian-les-Bains et au coeur du chateau historique de Fonbonne.
