This new studio is small (30 m2) but quiet. It can accommodate between 1 and 5 people. Close to the lake, Lausanne city center, and at the gates of the campus. Ideal for EPFL or Unil visitor, kitchen available (induction hob, oven, refrigerator). Extendable 2 seater table for 5. Balcony. 3 min walk to Unil, 10 min to EPFL 5 min by tram from the city center. 5 min walk to the lakefront Bedding and bath linens provided. Coffee machine and kettle. Bathroom with shower.

Cozy and independent 2-room apartment recently furnished in our house. Bright, modern and well laid out, it enjoys a lovely view and is located 8 minutes from the M1 metro to Lausanne-centre or UNIL and EPFL. 15-minute walk to the lake or Vaudoise Arena. The CHUV is easily accessible by metros M1 and M2. Separate entrance, living room with equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Covered south-facing terrace with 2 armchairs.

Entire place

The entire place is at the guest's disposal. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful location close to shops ( Coop, denner, migros, ...) restaurants and pharmacies, but also stops public transport ( metro and buses). I would like to clarify that the accommodation does not have free parking space. However, guests by vehicle can park their cars in public parking lots. Blue spots are free. You have to have a record.

Modern and spacious studio

Independent studio, approx 35 m2, on the first floor in a lovely residential area close to the EPFL and Lausanne University. Very close to the lake and next to a bus stop. Seperate entrance and parking spaces for visitors next to the house. Fully equipped for two persons. One double bed size 200x140cm. Free WIFI! Looking forward to welcoming you!
