Hi! I propose a nice little flat that can accommodate up to 2 people. The flat features a hall, a bathroom/ toilet, a small kitchen and a main room with beautiful old wooden floor. The kitchen is fully equipped (cooker, microwave, oven, fridge and everything you need to cook). The main room features a double bed and a sofa, a coffee table, a small TV (with cable) and a desk that can be used as a working place or a dinner table. Clean bed linen, blanket and pillows are provided. The bathroom consists of a shower/ w bathtub, a sink and a toilet. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (lift available) of a beautiful ancient and quiet building in one of the fanciest neighbourhood of the city (between the lake and the train station). The flat is only 5 min. away from the train station and the lake by walk. The city center ("The Place Saint-François", the Cathedral and the main shopping area) can be reached in only 10-15 min. by walk or 3-5 min. with the subway. The closest bus stop is less than 50m away and the closest subway station is about 100m away. Within 100 meters around the apartment, you’ll find grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants and bars. Studio La Rigole / Green & Calm near Lausanne

La Rigole Studio was rebuilt in the "Carnotzet" of our villa. The small cozy room recently received a modern and fresh decoration with a wc/shower and a small kitchen. The guests can also enjoy a terrace in front of the room surrounded by fruit trees and birds; With lucky, you will even hear the swiss cow bells... A very good transportation system is available near by La Rigole. Buses are at 300m and the subway to Lausanne city center and lake shore, is only 700m from the Studio

Cozy and independent 2-room apartment recently furnished in our house. Bright, modern and well laid out, it enjoys a lovely view and is located 8 minutes from the M1 metro to Lausanne-centre or UNIL and EPFL. 15-minute walk to the lake or Vaudoise Arena. The CHUV is easily accessible by metros M1 and M2. Separate entrance, living room with equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Covered south-facing terrace with 2 armchairs.

The entire place is at the guest's disposal. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful location close to shops ( Coop, denner, migros, ...) restaurants and pharmacies, but also stops public transport ( metro and buses). I would like to clarify that the accommodation does not have free parking space. However, guests by vehicle can park their cars in public parking lots. Blue spots are free. You have to have a record.
