Spacious apartment, centrally but quietly located between the center and the lake. In addition to the ideal location, the apartment scores points with family friendliness, new equipment and great views of the countryside with balcony. Ideal for 4 adults or a family. In the house we live with two lovely dogs. On site we charge the mandatory tourist tax in cash: persons from 16 years: 2 euros per night. Children (6- incl. 15): 1 Euro per night.

Relax with the whole family in this idyllic accommodation on the ground floor of an apartment building, centrally located in Prien am Chiemsee. It is a small walk to the lake (about 15 minutes). It is also far to the center of town. 73m2 spread over two rooms, kitchen and bathroom. The Chiemgau mountains can be viewed from the terrace and hiking tours can be planned. Smoking is not allowed, not even on the terrace. Garden shared.

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop).
