The advantage is the proximity of cycling routes, the beach 40m and the Lipno ski resort 3 minutes by car. The interior features a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy living room with a fireplace and two comfortable bedrooms. For your convenience, there is one bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, complemented by another separate shower with an infrared sauna for use for a fee.

Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cosy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the upper floor, you will find cosy sleeping spaces. Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

The bus station (Prague–Český Krumlov (Špičák)), ATM, grocery store, cinema, and doctor are all within 100 m. A baby cot is available upon request.

Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
