The apartment is located in an original Art Nouveau building from 1912, supposedly the most beautiful house in Linz. Lovely vacation apartment near Linz. We live very rurally, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.

Spacy apartment near the Danube Valley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

The spacious house was renovated with a lot of love in 2024, quiet garden with terrace and barbecue facilities, 3 minutes to the motorway, quiet location, good local transport, 5 minutes to the Bad Schallerbach thermal world / Eurothermenresort. 5 minutes to Schmiding Zoo The city of Wels is also very easy to reach and Linz is only 30 minutes away. Carmen Faisthuber wishes you a pleasant stay.
