The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. With its loft style, it's a place where you can relax and unwind. Our highlight: a heated pool that is used as a hot tub in winter – with a panoramic view of the Alps and close to Graz. Whether it's a relaxing getaway or a city break, you'll find everything your heart desires here. The living room has 2+2 beds (incl. comfort sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is shared with Schmoltis Chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to your visit!

In the kitchen there are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, bookcase with lots of games, even for kids. Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 hectare of forest, a place for retreat, for family vacations, for "Simply being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.
