Das Haus am See, mein persönlicher Lebenstraum. Aber zu groß, um ihn allein zu nutzen. Abseits des Massentourismus mitten in den Bergen, direkt am See inmitten von Wäldern. Im und rund um das Haus alles sehr großzügig für Mensch und Tier. Uns persönlich sehr wichtig. Neben Grill-/Feuerplätzen, Sauna, dem eigenen Steg, Sitzsäcken und Gartenschaukeln, Ruderboot, SUP und Gartenhütte ("Villa Seen-Sucht") können unsere Gäste alles nutzen...so macht es für uns alle mehr Spaß. Ein besonderer Platz!

M. und nur einen "Steinwurf" vom Skilift (ca. 300 m) und der einsehbaren Skipiste entfernt. Die massive Holzbauweise und erstklassige Lage des Chalets bieten eine behagliche, erholsame kurzum eine gesunde Atmosphäre. - Design folgt Funktion - Moderne trifft Tradition - Das Anwesen lässt kaum Wünsche offen um die schönste Zeit des Jahres zu genießen.

The lovely Sonnreith cabin is located in the mountain village of Spital/Pyhrn on the sunny slope with some neighboring houses. It is newly furnished and has a living area of 34 m² - many loving details were made by hand - very cozy. A fireplace and infrared heating provide pleasant warmth. There is underfloor heating in the anteroom and bathroom. The cabin is in a quiet, beautiful panoramic location. Hiking trails and the mountain bike trail are nearby (100 meters)
