Modern completely new apartment with stunning view

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The apartment (26m²) on the 3rd floor with a cozy balcony and a direct view of Lake Wörthersee/Pyramidenkogel is located between Pörtschach and Velden and directly on the cycle path that leads around Lake Wörthersee. Small but nice!

Vacation on the sunny side of the Carinthian Rose Valley. Small but fine vacation home with separate entrance for 2 people. The amenities include a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

Relax in this unique and tranquil getaway right on the shores of Lake Wörthersee, with direct, private lake access and a large lawn. The two-room apartment has a magnificent view over the most beautiful lake in Austria and a unique terrace to experience unforgettable sunsets. Whether alone, as a couple or as a family, this cozy, fully furnished apartment has everything you need for a memorable stay. It can be found on the 1st floor of our house and can be accessed separately via the staircase. It is in the best location, just a few steps from the lake, university and stadium. Downtown can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. Supermarkets, drugstore, pharmacy, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
