La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

Charming apartment in the historic center of Portoferraio renovated in the spring of 2021. It is convenient for those who intend to arrive on the island without a car: the port and some beaches are a few minutes away by foot. Nearby are bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds. The studio "Alba" located in the small town of Viticcio, is perfect for those looking for tranquility enjoying the sea in maximum relaxation. A small cove can be reached through a path with a staircase. Also easily accessible is the white gravel beach of Samson, among the most beautiful in Elba. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the Enfola peninsula and the west coast, which at sunset, coloring the sky red, turns the atmosphere into magic.

The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.

Villa Casalina, prestigious construction completed in 2024 and immersed in an olive grove on the plain in front of the splendid beach of Marina di Campo. The Casalina Montecristo apartment has a solarium terrace, barbecue, outdoor shower and enclosed garden.
