In 35 minutes by car you can find yourself in the Sibillini national park or in the other direction the Adriatic coast. Numerous local restaurants within 20 mins drive serving fantastic food. If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place.

From our swimming pool, you have a beautiful view of the valley. We are located in the Le Marche region where you can still experience the authentic Italy. The apartment is located on top of a hill, not far from the center and normal amenities (5 minutes from the Civitanova Marche toll booth). On the one hand, this location allows a classic situation of country accommodations, such as calm and tranquility, but on the other, it is not totally isolated. In fact, we are halfway up the road that connects two villages a few hundred meters away. The height also gives the guest a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape.
