The two apartments consist of: a separate entrance, a large living room-kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom, if required there is also room for the addition of other beds. Each apartment has a washing machine and air conditioning. There is also the possibility of only renting one room inside the villa that also has a separate entrance and personal bathroom. Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation facing the sea. A 5-minute walk to the main street of Porto Recanati and at the beginning of the promenade where there are many chalets and restaurants. The apartment is on the ground floor, has a small garden where you can enjoy the sun lying on the sunbed and a large terrace accessed from the two bedrooms. Equipped with all comforts, it also offers the possibility of eating in the bright veranda overlooking the garden.
