Chateau Meu: Luxury bungalow by the sea

This lovely dome shaped bungalow is in the heart of Maragani, one of the most breathtaking beaches in Sciacca. The bungalow itself is located in the gated community of Residence Oasi. It is set back off the main road that leads to the beach of which is only about 200 meters away. There are about 40 bungalows in total, each having its own private property and gated entrance making it very private and secluded. Although we are in a rural area wi-fi and cell phone reception is available.

A typical Sicilian house overlooks a delicious cove. The main body of the house consists of a veranda, a living room communicating with the kitchen, a bathroom, a loft with a double bedroom, and a triple. The house is in the center 30 meters from the sea. They don't need motorized vehicles, but it's possible to rent them. Guests will always be greeted with courtesy in a simple, lovingly cared for environment. They will find the house equipped with everything you need.

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
