Before the check out, the Balear turístic ecotax has to be paid to the host.

The villa is located on the edge of the Albufereta Nature Reserve, a jewel of nature for its landscape and ornithological and botanical values. It has 4 bedrooms spread over the ground floor and first floor, 3 bathrooms, a hall, a living room, a kitchen, a laundry room plus a terrace-garden with a pool. It's advisable to have a vehicle. The pool is closed, making the garden a safe area for children. Located a few kilometers from the villages of Alcudia and Pollença, as well as their beaches.

The use of the communal pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the complex, sun loungers are of course available and included.

Es una zona concurrida en los meses de verano (de junio a septiembre), entorno con abundantes cafeterías, restaurantes con terrazas y tiendas, normalmente abiertos en verano hasta las 12h de la noche, pudiendo provocar un poco de ruido ambiental de calle.
