Home with lake view and garden

Our house is divided on two floors + mezzanine, on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, with a table and a bathroom with shower; go up one floor and find the living room with fireplace, TV, balcony with beautiful lake view and double sofa bed; go up again, mezzanine with double bed. In addition we provide our guests a small garden with barbecue and shady table from the vineyard. The house is located in a very quiet area just 5 minutes drive from the lake.
