Elegante villa Storica situata in zona collinare all’interno di un contesto molto signorile (villaggio dei tedeschi) . All’interno della proprietà si possono ammirare i ruderi della chiesa di San Domenico (non visitabili). La villa è circoscritta da un ampio giardino di 1000 mq ben curato, di un terrazzo/solarium di 100 mq con suggestivo panorama, posti auto interni privati, di una zona barbecue e diverse zone relax con amache, panchine e dondoli.
