Villa Leo awaits you three km from San Felice Circeo and two km from Terracina. The Villa is located 30 meters from the sea, accessible through a private entrance, in a residential complex, far from the chaos and confusion. The Villa consists of two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, a living room with sofa bed, a wooden kitchen, a bathroom and an outdoor garden with wooden porch, where you will find a corner equipped with deckchairs and sofas to immerse yourself in complete relaxation. Indoor parking for two cars, outdoor shower and laundry. Services such as restaurant, supermarket, butcher shop, fruit shop etc... are all within walking distance, about 200 meters. Through the beach you can easily reach the campsite which is only 100 metres away, where you will find entertainment and music for the whole family. The wide beach will guarantee you privacy and tranquility in the beautiful crystal clear waters of the Circeo. Also just a 10-minute drive, you'll find the ports of Terracina and San Felice for easy access to the Pontine Islands. Villa Leo awaits you and your four-legged friends.

Serenity just a stone's throw from the sea in San Felice Circeo

The villa is located just 200 metres from the beach (photo). Access to this part of the coast is reserved for residents of the condominium, making the beach always uncrowded even in the middle of the summer season. The size of the beach, the small number of bathers and the absence of establishments grant the privilege - unique in the entire stretch of coast - of enjoying ample space. For those who prefer the convenience of their services, there are establishments immediately adjacent.

A spacious bedroom features a large bed with a neutral-colored blanket. On either side, dark wood nightstands provide storage, while modern wall lights illuminate the room. Above the bed, a seascape painting adds a touch of decor, complementing the light-colored flooring.

Villa Vindicio on the beach

Independent villa with garden in front of the beach of the Vindicio promenade that is located between Formia and Gaeta, both reachable in a few minutes by car. The beach has numerous equipped beaches but also a small free area. Each room has air conditioning and mosquito nets. The apartment is the first floor of the villa but the ground floor is also available. Ideal house for a relaxing holiday but also to reach nearby destinations.
