Wi-Fi, parking, boravišna pristojba i AC su u cijeni. Pješčana plaža je na 30 sekundi hoda od apartmana, a udaljen je od ostalih plaža, glavne trgovine, pošte, ljekarne i restorana na 5 minuta hoda. Šilo je malo mjesto na istočnoj obali Krka preko puta Crikvenice. Ljeti je gliserom svakodnevno povezan s kopnom.

The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and parasol by the pool.

It is also the greenest and most densely populated Adriatic island, scattered with countless little villages and towns. The house is situated in the village of Žestilac on the south-eastern part of the island. It lies in a peaceful location away from the tourist hustle and bustle, surrounded by lush green woods. The two separate floors are connected by an outdoor staircase.
