The house is equipped with an open living and dining room and has 2 spacious bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a bathroom. The highlight of this villa is the interior and exterior. It doesn't get any more luxurious than this.

Has a large parking space in front of the house and has on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area with pull out couch, where 2 people can stay overnight. There is also a room with two single beds and bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms. Each room has its own bathroom with shower.

One idea, two brothers, two houses, architectural twins. The combination of the light, natural materials and couple of historical sculptures older more than 300 years make a perfect join. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the island and the Adriatic sea. One house can accommodate a group of max four people.
