It has three bedrooms (two have a balcony), two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa that can sleep two adults, a large kitchen fully equipped with all appliances, all rooms are air-conditioned (4 air conditioners), Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a large terrace with a beautiful view of the nearby islands of Hvar and Brač and of course the sea. Within the apartment there is a large parking lot and a grill (grill area approx. 20 m2).

Pisak is a small place between Omiš and Makarska. Just 45 minutes from Split. The house is located in the first row, no houses in front, amazing view of the Adriatic sea, 30 seconds from the first beach, crystal clear sea, 5 minutes from the local grocery store, 4 minutes to the first of two restaurants and a bar. It's a beautiful place to escape from reality, but only for the fit (a lot of stairs). Outdoor shower. The house is comfortable. Quiet place, away from the main road, no car noise.

The house has environment friendly electricity through solar energy to keep the Island of Mljet as natural as possible.
