Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Pretty house on the prairie

Nice house with independent entrance and private garden! Exceptional setting, quiet and close to all amenities and activities offered by the sea and the countryside. You will also enjoy a very large meadow adjoining the garden. On the ground floor, large living room with open kitchen and fireplace, bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Upstairs, master bedroom and children's bedroom. 200 m from the center of the village and a 15-minute walk to the beach!

Small market in the village of Plurien every Friday morning in July and August. Bars, bakery, delicatessen, Super U 2 minutes by car.
