Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme et élégant. Maisonnette en bois, de type mini-loft, ou Tiny, indépendante de plain pied. Espace terrasse indépendant avec salon de jardin. Situé dans un hameau du XVIIème siècle, au calme et en impasse. Les premières plages sont à 10 minutes à pied (Plage de Menfig, Frouden...). On rejoint le GR34 en 5 minutes. Ce logement est idéal pour 2. Mais nous acceptons jusque 2 personnes supplémentaires. Les lits seront faits (RDC queen size, 140 sur la mezzanine).

Maison moderne au calme, tout confort. Grande pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte. Terrasse exposée sud ouest. A deux pas du bourg , commerces, restaurants et cinéma . Les plages, la baie de kernic, le GR34 sont à moins de 5 km. Cuisine aménagée bien équipée, petit coin télétravail. Attention: Les serviettes de toilettes la prise green up sont en suppléments (voir dans dans le paragraphe ‘autres renseignements’) Pour les animaux merci de me demander et le déclarer dans votre réservation

This proximity to the sea, the quality of the interior amenities of the house and the diversity of its outdoor amenities, in particular the spa, are its assets.

Located 100 m from the sea, this cottage is the perfect place to recharge your batteries, read by the fireplace or in the garden furniture. The interior is nice and bright. A private garden, facing south, is at your disposal. Your children will have fun on the swings of the large common garden or with the animals (horses, chickens and goats). Beautiful landscapes to contemplate along the coastline. Hikes on site by taking the GR34. House adjacent to another gite.

You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. We have just completed the renovation of this farmhouse that belonged to our grandparents. It is located in a very quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, just 4 km from the shore. We are close to Plouescat village (1,5km), that offers all food stores and other little shops. Your four-legged companions are welcome, as long as they are peacefull with our own pets The cottage is adjoining our house with access and private outdoor spaces.
