Situé dans un hameau du XVIIème siècle, au calme et en impasse. Les premières plages sont à 10 minutes à pied (Plage de Menfig, Frouden...). On rejoint le GR34 en 5 minutes. Ce logement est idéal pour 2. Mais nous acceptons jusque 2 personnes supplémentaires. Les lits seront faits (RDC queen size, 140 sur la mezzanine).

Located on the north coast of Finistère, in Plouescat, a seaside resort, close to Roscoff, and not far from Brest, our new house, designed to accommodate vacationers, is ideal for relaxing and restful, or sporty, vacations with family or friends. The house is located 300 m from the sandy beaches and the port. This proximity to the sea, the quality of the interior amenities of the house and the diversity of its outdoor amenities, in particular the spa, are its assets.

Quiet modern house with all comforts. Large living room with open kitchen. South west facing terrace. A stone's throw from the village , shops, restaurants and cinema . The beaches, the bay of kernic, the casino, the GR34 are less than 5 km away. Well-equipped fitted kitchen, small remote working area. Villa Les Mouettes sea view, SAUNA, beach access

You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. We have just completed the renovation of this farmhouse that belonged to our grandparents. It is located in a very quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, just 4 km from the shore. We are close to Plouescat village (1,5km), that offers all food stores and other little shops. Your four-legged companions are welcome, as long as they are peacefull with our own pets The cottage is adjoining our house with access and private outdoor spaces.
