Detached Stone House in Bademli

Our stone house is centrally located in Bademli, 5 minutes from the bays. It has a private entrance and courtyard. With its large garden in the courtyard, it offers our guests a wonderful holiday opportunity with its beautiful beaches and the chance to experience natural life. There is a grocery store and a butcher next to the house. There is 1 double bed and 2 bedsteads in the house. It can accommodate up to 4 people. There are all kinds of tools and equipment in the house. We would love to welcome you to our nostalgic stone house.

Please write to us for accommodation options. A detached villa where you can have a pleasant time with your family and friends and enjoy the sea. Beachfront. The beach in front of the house is a public beach, free of charge and has umbrellas. Grocery store, butcher, greengrocer and bakery are within walking distance. The location of the house is in Salihleraltı, 15-20 minutes from the center of Dikili. You can go to the bays by boat, you can get to the beaches on the Bademli road in 30-40 minutes.

In olive trees, sandy beach 300m - Koutimou

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

Απέχει 20 λεπτά από τη Μυτιλήνη και 20 λεπτά από το Πλωμάρι. Σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων θα βρείτε παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες ,αρτοποιείο ,παντοπωλείο , καφετέρια και σε 3 χμ. το Πέραμα .

Απέχει 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης και ένα λεπτό από τον κεντρικό εμπορικό δρόμο που οδηγεί στο κέντρο σε μια ξεκούραστη διαδρομή από και προς το σπίτι. Πολύ κοντά βρίσκεται και το κάστρο της πόλης για ξέγνοιαστη επίσης βόλτα με την οικογένεια. Σχετικά εύκολο πάρκινγκ σε μια περιοχή που υπάρχει εύκολη πρόσβαση στον κεντρικό δρόμο.
