The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. A two-storey renovated 2-bedroom house located in a quiet neighborhood that is a 5-minute walk from the central square of Plomari and a 10-minute walk from the beach Ammoudeli. The state accommodation tax is 2 euros per night for the winter season (November-March) and 8 euros night for the summer season (April-October)

Offers a veranda with a fantastic view of the Aegean Sea, the town and the harbor of Mytilene and the Turkish coasts. It is only 6km from the town of Mytilene and 4km from the airport. It has two bedrooms overlooking the sea and can accommodate at least 4 people.
