It has all the comforts of a luxury villa. 5 minutes by car to Ayayorgi beach clubs. 2 minutes to the centre of Çeşme. It is 15 minutes away from the centre of Alaçatı. There is sports equipment and a jacuzzi in my house. The windows that open onto the pool offer you the opportunity to take beautiful photos.

Our Blue Flag TEKKE beach is a 1-minute walk away. Your 1+0 room, located on the garden floor of the villa where we live, has a separate entrance and is 40 square metres. Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you have exclusive use of the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centres and a marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort.
