A stylish and comfortable space has been created using a combination of antique and modern furnishings. Earthquake-resistant. Accommodates 5 adults and 1 baby cot. The garden is for the use of our guests only. There is a teak dining set in the garden. All kitchen utensils are provided in the house. You can enjoy preparing your own meals, or if you prefer, you can walk to the market, restaurants, etc., explore the city's historical character, and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. 10 minutes to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Air conditioning is provided with Mitsubishi air conditioner. Parking nearby by car is possible on Thursday evening, the market is set up.
