Our two-story duplex apartment is located in a quiet, safe, and conveniently accessible area with views of trees and forests.

My Home Temporary living

We offer you an attractive, very spacious 3-room apartment (80 square meters) in the east of Munich. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. (1 x double bed, 1 x slightly wider bed) Good transport links via the adjacent expressway (FTO). You can reach the thermal spa Erding in about 10 minutes, the Riem trade fair in 20 minutes, as well as Munich Airport. It is 10 minutes to the A 94. (Entrance/exit Markt Schwaben) The nearest S-Bahn stops are 5 minutes away by car (St. Koloman or Ottenhofen).

Charming apartment in the east of Munich

Our modern apartment was completed in June 2020. It consists of a bedroom with a large box-spring bed, a bathroom with a rain shower and a living area with an adjoining spacious kitchen. In the living area there is also the sofa bed on which one more person can spend the night. In the entrance area, there is also a cozy, covered sitting lounge. The location of the apartment is ideally suited for excursions to Munich, the Alpine upland and of course also to the Erding thermal spa.

With us you are in the countryside and can still experience a lot! Between meadows & forests lies the village of Hofsingelding. It is only a 10-minute walk to the S2 to Munich, Messe, Erding. Our accommodation is the ideal base for your exploration/shopping tour in the Bavarian capital! 10 minutes by car or 2 train stations away, you will find wellness & fun at the Therme Erding! Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.
