Come and experience a timeless escape on the banks of the Rance. Its walls embody the history of these men who, in the past, supplied Saint-Malo with foodstuffs according to the tides and the wind. Nestled on the Mordreuc slipway in Pleudihen-sur-Rance, the house is a haven of tranquility with a vintage seaside atmosphere. Dorothée and Guillaume wanted to restore all its soul to this centuries-old building which, lulled by the murmur of the Rance, is the promise of a remarkable stay experience.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from 26 June to 6 September.

18th century house on 3 levels located on the banks of the Rance. On the ground floor, a kitchen/dining room as well as a bathroom (shower and toilet). On the 1st, the living room with 2 sofa beds, TV, books and games. On the 2nd floor, the sleeping area with a 160 cm queen size bed. We offer activities: kayak rental, breakfast, dinner, boat trip along the Rance. Ideal cottage for a couple with or without children. On request: cribs, changing table, high chair.
