Genießt entspannte Stunden in der eigenen Dampf-Sauna oder entspannt im Ganzjährigen Jacuzzi mit Panorama Blick auf wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Die Schiebefenster lassen sich alle zum Sonnen komplett öffnen. Leider ist die Momentane Internetverbindung noch nicht stabil, was zwischenzeitlich beim Tv zu Stockungen führen kann Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, nur ein Stand Lüfter.

The apartment is located in Sümmern on the outskirts of Iserlohn in a quiet but central location. A car is recommended. From the Iserlohn-Seilersee exit, you can reach us in 7 minutes. The sights such as Barendorf, Hemer-Sauerlandpark, Seilersee with swimming pool and ice rink, the Dechenhöhle, Burg Altena, Dortmund and the Sorpesee are easily accessible. A terrace in front of the door is at your disposal, with table and chairs, to end your day in peace in the evening.

Located directly on the river, 3.5 room large, classified by the German Tourism Association as 4 stars, non-smoking apartment in a quaint old half-timbered house. It is important to us that you can spend a nice, relaxing time here and unwind. The entrance to the Sauerland Forest Route is right around the corner and many attractions are nearby (Reckenhöhle, Balver Höhle, Luisenhütte.) Lake Sorpe is a few minutes away by car. We offer an approx. 80 sqm apartment - directly at the Sauerland Rothaargebirge Nature Park. There are numerous attractions; such as Burgruine Schwarzenberg, Sorpe / Bigge See, Möhnesee, Sauerlandpark Hemer, Aqua Magis, Balver Cave, and much more nearby. It is a very nice two-room apartment with private shower room and fully equipped kitchen. A box spring bed is in the living/sleeping area with a large TV. Private small terrace, ground-level access in a quiet residential area, but centrally located. There is a connection to bike paths in the immediate vicinity. It is only a 5-minute walk to the bus and train. Close to Biggesee, Sorpe and Möhnesee. Ideal as a starting point for many activities!

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und liegt im historischen Dorfzentrum von Oberholzklau. Ich habe die Wohnung mit einem vollwertigen Arbeitsplatz (zweiter Monitor) ausgestattet. Wenn du also Teilweise von dort aus arbeiten musst und dich gerne in der Natur aufhältst, dann bist du hier richtig aufgehoben. Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.
